Making Telecoms Work in Asia

Two day workshop in Singapore
Date to be confirmed

Back in Asia after a five year break RTT are pleased to be working with Sun Millennia, our new conference team in Singapore to deliver a two day workshop followed by a one day discussion forum for telecommunication managers presently developing and implementing next generation networks in South East and North East Asia.

Drawing on research from our new book, Making Telecoms Work –from technical innovation to commercial success.
Making Telecoms Work in Asia bridges the traditional divide between engineering and the business planning process.

It is an absolute truth that ambitious commercial plans can be invalidated by apparently trivial technical details. In an ideal world operators and vendors would deliver solutions to market that are technically and commercially efficient. Competition policy, regulatory and standards policy and competitive market dynamics sometimes facilitate and sometimes frustrate this process.

Making Telecoms Work in Asia draws on local regional and global case study experience to identify risk and opportunity in a market place where data growth is growing faster than data revenue and where short term market needs can compromise future competitive positioning.

If you are working in the Asia market as a vendor or operator or have an interest as a major end user then these workshops will be directly relevant and useful to you.

The two days of workshops are followed by a one day discussion forum and panel session reviewing present and future mobile broadband technology options.
